While I never thought I would be up at 5:30 AM working out, that is exactly what I have been doing 2-3 times a week at Body by Design. Being a teacher and mom, I have found the early morning start as a great why to alleviate the hassle of trying to be good to myself while taking care of what everyone else needs from me. Classes are intentionally small and instructors know the clients by name. The instructors provide personalize attention with modification and encouragement.
