BARRE CONNECT - Barre Connect is a Cross-Training conditioning workout designed to increase lean muscle tone while improving cardiovascular conditioning elements. Using four segments of work, classes focus on posture, balance, stability, and core strengthening while using balls, tubes, or weights.
BODY BLAST - Torch fat in this fun and challenging class which combines using your own bodyweight and cardio moves to shape your entire body. Aerobic, floor work and resistance exercises make up this full body toning class.
BODY STRETCH - Enjoy 45 minutes of total body stretching with the Stretch-Out Strap. This is one of our most popular classes. Perfect way to end the week.
BOOT CAMP EXPRESS – 30 minutes of high intensity drills to max your heart rate. Recovery periods are brief and a variety of equipment is used to change the focus of the muscle group and minimize repetition.
EMOM - EMOM stands for Every Minute On the Minute. It’s a series of very simple short, hard, fast bursts of exercises that start Every Minute On the Minute for 30 minutes of hard work. At the start of each minute you'll complete an exercise or a series of exercises. Your goal is to complete it as fast as possible because whatever time you have left before the next minute starts, you rest. The class is a total of 45 minutes and includes a warm up and cool down.
ESSENTRICS - This dynamic workout simultaneously lengthens and strengthens every muscle in the body, resulting in greater joint mobility and long lean muscles. The workout draws on the flowing movements of Tai Chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain free body. Perfect for those beginning a new exercise routine.
HIIT IT 30 - HIIT It 30 is a 30 minute high intensity interval training class that pushes you to the max for the ultimate calorie blast. From tabata to sprint training, this workout features a variety of H.I.I.T. techniques. Grueling, all out work efforts are alternated with brief recovery periods to provide a total body workout with maximum results. This class can be modified for all fitness levels.
HIIT KETTLEBELL 30 - This HIIT class incorporates kettlebell training and cardio moves for a leaner, tighter figure in only 30 minutes. Learn proper kettlebell form and technique for an effective workout. Be ready to sweat!
HIIT RIDE - This high intensity Spin class is only 30 minutes. This will be an interval ride with steep climbs and fast downhills. Be ready to work hard!
LOW IMPACT CARDIO AND TONE – This class combines low impact cardio moves with strength training and core exercises. It is a total body workout that is perfect for beginners and easy on the joints.
POWER CIRCUIT - Join Leia for this 45 minute class and move through set stations around the room that alternate strength and cardio moves for a total body workout. This class is designed to be easy to follow and targets strength building as well as muscular endurance.
POWER PILATES – This mat Pilates class centers around the floor work developed by Joseph H. Pilates, and ranges from beginner to advanced exercises. Using the body’s own resistance, a series of movements are performed designed to improve circulation, breathing, posture, and body awareness. Beginners welcome.
POWER YOGA - Jess's new Power Yoga class is a fitness-based Vinyasa practice blended with Buti styles. This style has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility as well as stress reduction. We will work in an interval style building heat, strength, flexibility, and toning the body.
PURE STRENGTH - This class is a combination of traditional body sculpting methods using free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, body bars and your own body weight! Pure Strength is designed to help shape your body. Good for all fitness levels.
