Below is our current group fitness schedule. The schedule includes a mix of in-person and virtual classes. We are currently not accepting new clients for in-person classes but we welcome all members of our community to join us for our pre-recorded workouts or virtual classes. More information about these offerings can be found under our PAYMENT OPTIONS tab.  If you would like to register for a class, please use the button above.  Please note that no payment is accepted through Mindbody - this is just to save your spot.  Please see the PAYMENT OPTIONS tab to pay for classes. We also accept payment via Venmo, cash or check. You MUST pre-pay to reserve your spot in classes.
